Logo and branding guidelines

RETURN TO THE MEDIA PAGE

Under contract branding procedures, marking of all publications and other materials financed fully or partially by the USAID, must include USAID logo of the same size or bigger than the logo of the recipient of the funds.

Please have in mind the following instructions when using USAID logo:

Logo must be followed by the following text/disclaimer:

"Printing/ making/distribution (specify type of assistance) of this publication/web site/brochure (specify the type of material) is made possible by the support of the American People through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The contents of this (specify) are the sole responsibility of (name of organization) and do not necessarily reflect the views of USAID or the United States Government."

Only when the use of disclaimer and USAID logo would not be supported by the purpose of the publication or other material, or when, due to the size of the material (for instance: mini catalogues, flayers, labels on commercial items like jam jars or juice bottles etc) it is not possible to use the logo and disclaimer - the recipient of the funds may not adhere to these guidelines.

In such cases, the recipient of the funds is obliged to notify USAID Agribusiness project that the appropriate marking is not possible, and provide adequate rationale.

It is necessary to send the layout of (only those) pages where the logo and the disclaimer are displayed to the email address: office@agrobiznis.net, before the final print.

If you have any additional questions regarding branding requirements and the use of logo - please contact Communications Advisor Ms. Ana Martinoviæ or check the USAID Graphic Standards Manual
